Tort law

A tort is a civil wrong that makes claimant suffer loss or harm and makes the claimant legally for claim liability for the person who commits the tortious act. The law who deals with tort is called Law of tort. 

Substantive law

Substantive law is that kind of law which define the limits under which the society should be governed.

Contract law

Contract law legally binds parties to an agreement. The contract law recognizes and governs the rights and duties of the parties to the agreement. A contract is legally enforceable because it meets the requirements of law.

Criminal law

Criminal law relates to crime. It prescribes conducts as like threatening, harmful, or otherwise endangering to the property, health, safety, and moral welfare of people inclusive of one’s self.

Property law

Property law governs the various forms of ownership and tenancy in real and personal property.

Constitutional law

Constitutional law is the foundation of all laws which tells the role, powers, and structure of different bodies within a state. For example the executive, the parliament or legislature, and the judiciary.
